1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies only to physical products (such as building materials, fixtures, or hardware) purchased from House Hero.
All digital services (like consultancy, design, and planning) are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping.


2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Processing time may vary based on product type, quantity, and availability.

  • In most cases, orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days from the date of confirmation.

  • Customers will receive an email/SMS notification once their order has been dispatched, along with tracking details (if applicable).


3. Delivery Timeline

The products would be delivered to the customer’s within 4 to 6 days .

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on location and product availability.

  • Deliveries within Indore and nearby areas may take less time, while remote or outstation deliveries may require additional days.

  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier partner delays, strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before confirming your order.

  • For heavy or bulk materials, additional delivery charges may apply depending on distance and load size.

  • Any local unloading or handling costs at the delivery site are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Delivery Verification

  • Upon delivery, customers are requested to inspect the package before accepting it.

  • In case of any visible damage or mismatch, please do not accept the delivery and immediately contact our support team.

  • Any product discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with photographs or proof.


6. Delivery Locations

  • Currently, we provide delivery services across major cities and towns in India, depending on logistics partner availability.

  • Certain remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable. In such cases, our team will inform you and issue a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.


7. Third-Party Shipping Partners

  • House Hero uses reliable third-party logistics and courier companies for deliveries.

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier, the delivery timeline and quality are governed by the courier’s own policies.

  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers, but we will assist in resolving issues promptly.


8. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address,

  • Unavailability of the customer, or

  • Refusal to accept the package,

The order may be returned to origin, and reshipping charges will apply.


9. International Shipping

At present, House Hero delivers only within India. International orders are not supported.
