  • We act as an intermediary to connect customers with qualified service providers, vendors, and suppliers.

  • Unless explicitly stated under a written agreement, we are not responsible for the execution quality, delays, or results of third-party service providers.

  • Any construction or implementation arising from our designs or consultancy must be executed by licensed professionals independently engaged by the customer.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Taxes, delivery charges, and transaction fees are applicable as per law.

  • Full payment must be made before order confirmation or commencement of work.

  • Payments are accepted through secure, verified gateways only.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Any error arising from incomplete or incorrect data is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed 50% of the total amount paid for the specific service.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
